Quality Policy

As included in our vision, mission and values, PDC strives to meet the highest quality standards.


Our objectives from quality point of view are:

  • maximum satisfaction of clients and their customers, employees and other shareholders
  • to be in compliance with regulations and standards
  • continuous improvement of the processes involved
  • mitigate risks
  • cost-saving due to avoidance of errors, loss or damage to goods, ..
  • working with competent and responsible employees


In order to achieve these objectives, we are using following tools:

  • a Quality Management System, which is in compliance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (repackaging of medicines), ISO 9001:2015 (8.3 not applicable), ISAE 3402 type II standard and company own good practices.
  • training, evaluation and development of all employees
  • creation of involvement of all employees in the Quality Management System, from top to bottom of the organization
  • sensitizing employees always to be aware of customer requirements and regulations of authorities or independent bodies.
